An event planner isn’t just for weddings. Serving the Chicagoland area, I help make your dinner party, milestone birthday, or backyard barbecue something you can enjoy as much as your guests do. Oktoberfest

Fall vibes, cold drinks, and a dance floor for every generation. We turned a first birthday into a full Oktoberfest experience — complete with a live band, pretzel bar, and custom décor that had the adults in as much awe as the kids!
Alice in ONEderland

A first birthday worthy of Wonderland. We designed and executed every detail of this tea party experience — from the custom décor to the full setup — so the parents could walk in and just enjoy the magic.
Fondue Holiday Party

An elevated holiday dinner with a Ralph Lauren state of mind. We handled planning, logistics, setup, and a custom fondue grazing board — turning a casual white elephant exchange into an evening guests are still talking about.

I started The Shared Table out of a genuine love for hosting.

I’m typically the person in my own life who actually gets things out of the group chat. The one who sets a beautiful table, thinks about every detail, makes people feel taken care of.

Then I realized that what comes naturally to me is something other people desperately want but don't know how to do — or just don't have the bandwidth for.

I founded this company to be the planner I always was to friends — one who works directly with you, sweats every detail, and makes sure you're fully present at your own event.

No handoffs. No surprises. Just you, your people, and a really good time.

From the very start, Cassie took our half-baked ideas and ran with them in the most perfect way.
